- Keep Rain Gear With you Always
- Increase the intake of Vitamin C
- Shower and wash your hair After Being Caught in the Rain.
- Hot soups or a cup of hot milk or herbal tea made with cloves, cinnamon, basil, black pepper and ginger
- Cleanliness - use sanitiser frequently if having a cold.
- Boil water and drink plenty of it
- Eat nutritious food
- Avoid eating out
- Sore throat can be relieved by gargling with lukewarm saline water.
- Drinking the water boiled with tulsi, ginger and honey helps in treating viral fever.
